In 1996, Andre' B. Haynes formed Upstream Entertainment to help music industry professionals with branding, contracts, intellectual properties, promotions, recordings and more. Although he was only 18, he earned respect and gained several clients for being creative, fair, hard working and honest.

In 1998, Andre' expanded his music involvement by venturing into the live entertainment industry and bega promoting special events. He has promoted events including, but not limited to: comedy productions, concerts, plays, and rodeos. He has promoted events in various venues including: arenas, casinos, nightclubs, showroms, and theatres. Andre' hasworked in major cities including Los Angeles, Houston, Phoenix, Dallas, Memphis, and his home base of Las Vegas. He has worked with artists including: R&B/Gospel Grammy Award winning legend Aaron Neville, Pop/R&B international superstar Beyonce and Country Music's best selling singing duo Brooks & Dunn.

In 2001, Andre' developed a niche for live entertainment. He expanded his special events involvement and ventured into sports promotion. He has worked with organizations including the Arena Football League (AFL), International Basketball League (IBL) as well as the United States Indoor Football League (USIFL).

Since 2002, Andre' has been booking, marketing, and managing special events for independent promoters, organizations and venues including casinos, conventions, nightclubs and more.

Andre' also works with the International House of Blues Foundation and other non-profit and community organizations.

Andre's knowledge and skills in the music business, marketing, promotons, live entertainment and key relationships have secured his successful position in the music industry.
