Mom sounded better yesterday afternoon and this morning. She is getting to know the staff and more familiar with how things work at the hospital. She is still going through testing. They should be starting the physical therapy and then we'll see if she is strong enough to walk. Some nursing homes are better than others. We still hopeful she will be able to go home. Love (:

Mom is in the hospital now having tests and will be getting some physical therapy. She is not liking the hospital experience at all and hope to be able to go home and not a nursing home. Brandon called me today. It was wonderful hearing from him. He said safer where he is now than when he was in Baghdad. Hoping that he stays safe and that you feel better. Love, M

Mom is not doing well. She is hardly able to walk and on antibiotics. Sara is taking her soup and making sure she has what she needs. I'm hoping that she can pull through.
